How long will it take for my order to arrive?

USA: 14~20 days / EU:10-14 days / Oceania & Asia: 12-17 days / Africa & ME: 12-17 days.
All orders are shipped by 1st Class Priority Airmail, EMS or other express courier service. Please note that these are only estimates, shipping time may vary depending on various factors such as local customs clearance and postal services overload during local holiday seasons. While most orders are dispatched within 2-3 days, some items require additional customization or fabrication after you have placed your order and may require up to 21 working days for processing. An email update with tracking information for your shipment will be sent to your email address once available
How do I track my shipment?
A: After your order has been dispatched, an email update with tracking information for your shipment will be sent to you by email. To track your shipment and see delivery status, simply input the tracking number that we have sent in your local post website. If you cannot track your shipment at your local post website please try using an international tracking service such as globe and trace. For further information regarding your shipment, please contact your local post office and inquire about your shipment using the tracking information which we have provided.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Finswimworld.com accepts returns on eligible items* in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included within 25 days of the order shipment date.
In case of return you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs of the item to our workshop and back to your address. The costs depend on the item you want to return.You can find all shipping rates at your local post-office. Payment fees are non-refundable.

When will I get my Refund?
Returns are processed 1-14 business days after we receive your package. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your returns and the refund will be applied according to the method you selected.

Item sent in different color:
Due to the high demand we don’t always have all the colors in stock. If you order the color that is out of stock we’ll send the color we have. This mainly applies to masks, and in very rare cases to monofins.
How to make an Exchange
We do not accept exchanges at this time. Our inventory sells quickly so we suggest returning your items for a refund and re-odering online as soon as possible.
